Built tough for military duty, the Naiad II served her country well as a T-boat until retiring from active duty.  Then she was bought by the city of Seattle, where she served as first a police patrol vessel, then a fire-fighting boat.  In the mid-1970s she went into private hands and was converted to a comfortable waterfront home.

With over 60 feet of both covered and uncovered outside deck on two levels, you’ll have plenty of room for the hammock on those beautiful, sunny days when the wind blows gently off the water.  Enjoy the full galley with a new full-sized, double-chest Samsung refrigerator with freezer, a new dishwasher, a Broan garbage compactor, a cook-top and convection oven.  Relax in the evenings in the full size bathtub or watch the sun go down from the aft salon.  Enjoy the frigid views outside while you stay warm and cozy with the wood-burning stove and electric baseboard heaters throughout.  Unwind in the two spacious salons on the main deck and the three full staterooms down below with ample storage for all those things you just can’t part with.

Cruise in comfort knowing the dependable, well-maintained Detroit Diesel 6-110 will get you everywhere you need to go.  Find those secluded coves and drop one of the two 150 pound anchors while enjoying the power generated by the quiet 5 kw Northern Lights generator.  Stay anchored out for weeks with the 900 gallon water tanks.  Navigate easily with the recently installed Raymarine RL70C chart-plotter with radar overlay.

Don’t miss out on this beautiful piece of history that has been lovingly cared for by only two owners over the last thirty years.  If you’ve ever thought of making the move to life on a boat, why mess around with smaller boats that will just not suit your needs?  Go straight to the ultimate live aboard and enjoy more living space than most downtown condos!  We hate to part with her, but the newest edition to our family has just started walking (and climbing), and mommy and daddy can’t handle the stress of a toddler on a boat.  Moorage has been paid in full until August 1st, so the sooner you buy her the more free moorage you get.
